We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planner to join our team in London. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and ensuring the timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective demand planning strategies to meet sales needs and company goals.
  2. Manage master planning, demand planning, and production planning for our manufacturing facilities in Europe, North America, and Australia.
  3. Collaborate with our logistics and warehouse team, purchasing team, R&D, and manufacturing business leaders to ensure accurate supply and demand planning.
  4. Utilize Excel to analyze data and provide timely updates on changes in planning.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including logistics and warehouse teams, purchasing teams, and R&D and manufacturing business leaders.
  6. Formulate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning schedules to ensure alignment with sales needs and company goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  1. 8-10 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in a product with multiple hundreds of SKUs of spare parts and components.
  2. Expert Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
  3. Experience working with overseas OEM factories and managing international supply chains.
  4. A background working in both multinational corporations and Chinese companies.
  5. Excellent English spoken and written ability.
  6. Ability to manage and set up a team while being hands-on.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders.
  8. Able to work frequent overtime due to time differences and business operations abroad.
  9. Strong character, able to drive and manage upper management as well as firmly push subordinates to deliver results.
  10. Overseas working/study/living abroad experience highly regarded.
  11. Full-time degree in Supply Chain Management.
