Themis Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join our esteemed client's legal team.

This opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, handling a diverse range of commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work both full-time and part-time, with up to 3 days of remote working allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of commercial and private litigation cases effectively.
  • Provide exceptional client service by ensuring timely progression of all assigned work.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, providing updates on case progress and contributing to team discussions.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of file and case management within the firm's established procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting growth and development within the department.
  • Engage in networking activities to expand professional connections and enhance the firm's reputation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the firm's case management system for efficient case tracking and documentation.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in relevant training programs and fulfilling Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in handling commercial litigation matters, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Target-driven mindset with exceptional client care skills, ensuring clear communication and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of legal concepts and strategies.
  • Unrestricted practicing certificate, allowing for full participation in legal proceedings.
