Themis Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join our growing team.

As a key member of the department, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the legal process, from initial client consultation through to trial and settlement negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial disputes, including contract breaches, intellectual property infringement, and shareholder disagreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support your case strategy.
  • Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and accuracy.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial litigation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload of complex legal matters.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
