In this role, you will be essential in overseeing office operations and providing support to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders by accurately inputting data into our live system.
  • Create and issue quotations as needed.
  • Generate supplier orders and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage customer invoicing, ensuring prompt dispatch and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Oversee accounts payable, including the entry of supplier invoices and coordinating with management for timely settlements.
  • Engage with external suppliers and customers through effective communication.
  • Implement and monitor management-directed processes to ensure project completion.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement as necessary.
  • Track renewals for essential services.
  • Coordinate courier services and manage customs documentation.
  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with local printers for marketing materials.
