Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AV Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our entire range of products into the commercial market. This is a project-focused role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Sales: Deliver expected conversion rates on select projects, working closely with the wider sales team to achieve cradle-to-grave success.
  2. Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with key stakeholders on new projects, documenting progress and activities on assigned opportunities.
  3. Contract Management: Manage contractor terms and agreements, ensuring regular reviews of levels and spend to justify terms.
  4. Reporting: Complete weekly reporting on the CRM system, providing accurate and timely updates.
  5. Growth Opportunities: Identify incremental growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  6. Brand Representation: Represent and support the business at social and brand awareness events, promoting our products and services.
  7. Site Assistance: Provide technical training and support to customers, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  8. Project Ownership: Own the delivery and supply of projects, working closely with operational departments to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  1. M&E Market Knowledge: Possess an excellent understanding of the M&E marketplace, with a proven track record of working on large-scale commercial projects.
  2. Technical Dialogue: Demonstrate capability to handle technical dialogue at all levels, with experience of presenting to groups.
  3. Project Stages: Understand the project stages and decision-making process in commercial construction.
  4. Travel Requirements: Hold a valid driving license, as travel will be required for this role.
Working Hours & Benefits
  1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with a remote work arrangement.
