About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dementia Companion at Home Instead. As a key member of our CQC Outstanding Home Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dementia support and home care services in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00-£20.00, depending on experience.
  • Flexible working hours to suit your availability.

Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
