About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dementia Support Specialist. As a key member of our Home Instead team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to clients with dementia, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to identify and address the unique needs of each client, tailoring our support to meet their individual requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00-£20.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
