About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Speech and Language Therapy team as an Administration Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our team of Speech and Language Therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Speech and Language Therapy team, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Deal with telephone calls and enquiries, responding to queries and providing information as required.
  • Use RIO patient-held records to manage patient information and update records as necessary.
  • Produce communication booklets and other SLT materials for clients, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
  • Update patient-related leaflets and handouts, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and providing administrative support as required.
  • Work flexibly in response to service needs, attending meetings and working across multiple sites as necessary.
