Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential homebuyers and establish rapport.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, providing constructive feedback to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between sellers and buyers.
  • Coordinate appointments for mortgage advisors and refer clients to legal representatives.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other real estate professionals.
  • Generate and schedule property valuations for the valuation team.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong client relationships.
