Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and maximize business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Manage the sale of properties from viewing to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Support branch management with ad hoc tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Listing and/or valuation experience
  • Excellent sales ability and high level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Ability to negotiate and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
