Our client, a distinguished independent real estate agency, is on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Sales Negotiator to enhance their successful team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and establish rapport with prospective homebuyers.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, providing constructive feedback to vendors.
  • Facilitate negotiations between vendors and buyers.
  • Coordinate appointments for mortgage brokers and refer clients to solicitors.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other real estate agents.
  • Generate and schedule property valuations for the valuers.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local property market is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
