Aftersales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Director to lead our aftersales operations at our dealership in Birmingham.

About the Role

The Aftersales Director will be responsible for overseeing all warranty and repair work, ensuring it is carried out to manufacturer standards and maximizing efficiency and profitability for the Service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out to manufacturer standards
  • Maximize efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labor sales, parts, and materials
  • Champion a great customer experience
  • Ensure the dealership is a Centre of Excellence for all best practices and processes
  • Set clear targets and KPIs for associates within the department
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Guarantee first-class levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department

Requirements

  • Successful leadership or supervisory experience within a service department or small workshop
  • Exceptional engaging leadership style
  • Excellent knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation
