About the Position
The Director, Customer Engagement is a global leader, responsible for the people and programs across Showpad that foster customer delight, success, and happiness.
This role leads the Key Accounts and Customer Education teams, and owns our customer community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and success.
- Lead the Key Accounts and Customer Education teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Own and manage the customer community to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
