Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Assurance: Oversee daily operations with a blend of authority and approachability, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Inspire and Develop: Attract, engage, train, and retain a dedicated and skilled workforce.
  • Pursue Excellence: Take ownership of guest satisfaction, team welfare, and financial performance.
  • Assist the General Manager: Work closely with the General Manager to uphold the restaurant's high standards and step in during their absence.
