Housing and Community Officer

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Housing and Community Officer to join our team. As a key member of our housing services team, you will play a vital role in shaping a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities:- Support tenants with their housing needs, ensuring they sustain their tenancies.
- Assess housing applicants and manage allocations in line with our Lettings Policy.
- Ensure tenancy terminations and new lettings comply with policy and targets.
- Work with the Housing Management team to resolve tenant disputes and enforce tenancy conditions.
- Assist with legal action to enforce tenancy conditions when necessary.
- Experience in a housing management role or knowledge of tenancy law is advantageous.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the community.
