Infant Care Room Leader

Position Overview
Are you an Experienced Infant Room Supervisor? We are excited to invite a dedicated childcare professional to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries.
As a Room Supervisor , you will lead and mentor your team by exemplifying your expertise and best practices in childcare. This role offers the opportunity to pursue a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy, allowing you to enhance your leadership capabilities and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities as a Room Supervisor at Busy Bees:
As a keyworker, you will ensure that each child's unique needs are met, including providing support for parents with any SEND/ASL requirements. Take responsibility for the observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps while supporting your team. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's growth and achievements while guiding and managing your team effectively. Most importantly, ensure that everyone has FUN*To qualify for this role, you must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification.*
