We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees East Grinstead Nursery. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have experience of working in a childcare setting. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
