Key Responsibilities as a Room Supervisor at Busy Bees:
As a keyworker, you will ensure that each child's unique needs are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs. Take responsibility for the observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing developmentally appropriate next steps while supporting your team. Foster an environment that encourages and celebrates children's growth and achievements while effectively managing your team within the room. And most importantly, ensure a joyful atmosphere.*To qualify for this role, you must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification.*
