About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the smooth delivery of care services
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered
  • Administering and recording medication, as well as carrying out risk assessments
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve the overall quality of care

About You

We are looking for someone who is well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. You should have a proven ability to lead and supervise others, as well as a good understanding of care planning processes. Experience in administering medication is also desirable.
