We are seeking an experienced Bdm Sales Executive to join our team at Prospero Integrated. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing and retaining existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prioritize new, retained, and growth opportunities with the right levels of sales resource.
  2. Create and deploy a regional plan to realize opportunities, deliver targets, mitigate threats, and work with third parties.
  3. Capture and act on client insight to drive sales performance.
  4. Ensure business development standards are achieved and deploy effective ways of working with others to deliver greater efficiency.
  5. Provide accurate monthly revenue forecasts and reporting.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the AV and live events industry. You will have a strong background in sales planning, sales operations, and sales performance. You will also have competent leadership skills, including developing collaborative client relationships, leveraging digital sales skills, and driving sales performance and delivering profitable and sustainable growth.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a professional attitude, who is able to demonstrate judgement and challenge, courage and curiosity. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a fully remote role, and you can be based anywhere in the UK. We look forward to receiving your application.
