We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our prestigious venue. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Operational Leadership:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
- Lead and inspire the team to exceed guest expectations.
2. **Event Management:**
- Collaborate with the Central Event Sales Team to ensure seamless execution of events from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Tailor each event to meet the specific needs and desires of our clients, providing personalized touches that enhance their experience.
3. **Financial Oversight:**
- Control payroll costs in alignment with budgetary guidelines and forecasts.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, particularly in managing food and beverage operations, including gross profit and payroll control.
4. **Health and Safety Compliance:**
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining security and stock control within the venue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role within a luxury hotel or event venue.
- Strong operational background with a focus on high-volume event delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
