Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to oversee and assign tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-driven care is provided at the highest level.

Your role will involve delivering various levels of care and support to individuals, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities will include writing, reviewing, and implementing care and support plans, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Qualifications

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will supervise staff and delegate responsibilities, ensuring that values-based support is consistently delivered. Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential.
