About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at HRS Healthcare. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and completing compliance checks for HCAs and Support workers.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to build rapport with potential applicants and have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector. Previous recruitment experience, preferably in volume recruitment, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise roles and proactively source potential applicants using job boards, social media, and local events.
  • Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the required criteria.
  • Process all compliance and pre-employment checks for successful applicants.

Requirements:

  • 1 year's recruitment experience, preferably in volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
  • Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,200 increasing to £28,350 on completion of probation period, plus bonus.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in the Whitstable office with parking available.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a day off on your birthday.
