HRS Healthcare - Healthcare Recruitment Specialists are looking for an additional Recruiter due to growth.
HRS has two divisions, one that is an internal talent acquisition service to a Healthcare business, recruiting for all their permanent 'head office' roles, both clinical and non clinical. The other division acts as a recruitment agency supporting a wide variety of health and social care organisations across the UK with permanent senior level clinical and non clinical roles.
**About the role**
This role sits within the internal talent acquisition team.
**Recruitment**
- Account manage all non-clinical roles with salaries under £30,000 which includes end to end recruitment, from job brief, advertising, proactively sourcing, screening, interviews through to offer stage and start date. Working closely with hiring managers in terms of prioritising roles and offering a high level of service across the business.
- Working on business critical roles when needed and to cover all internal recruitment when other recruiters on leave.ResearchWorking on projects, such as:
- Online research to map out competitors’ employees. Using LinkedIn research to source for specific roles. Proactive sourcing using job boards for specific job roles
- Competitor research
**Requirements**:
**About you**
- Recruitment or resourcing experience is a must, ideally with internal recruitment experience.
- You will ideally have experience within the health and social care sector.
- Inquisitive, driven, strong communicator with the ability to manage competing priorities.
**Benefits**
What’s on offer for the Recruiter role?
- £25,000 - £28,500 depending upon experience.
- 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, hybrid role, office base is Whitstable.
