Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve our goals
- Lead a talented team of fundraisers, empowering and inspiring them to innovate and deliver results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies
- Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
