Head of Legal Governance Opportunity

Sacco Mann is delighted to be assisting in the recruitment of a Head of Legal Corporate Governance in partnership with one of the largest digital retailers in the UK and Ireland.

We have a longstanding relationship with the In-house legal department, which remains a pivotal and integral function to the working and success of the entire group.

A new vacancy exists for a UK qualified solicitor to head up a newly created function, based out of the Merseyside HQ with hybrid working on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements across Retail, Operations, IT, Financial Services, and the wider Group are met.
  • UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in corporate governance or general experience in corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory rules.
  • Exceptional relationship building, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
