Client Communications Specialist

Job Summary:
Onyx-Conseil is seeking a highly skilled Client Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive knowledge and experience of on-premise and cloud unified communication technology architecture disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, test, and commission complex unified communication technologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, impacts, and problems in complex unified communication solutions.
- Communicate complex unified communication technologies to key stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
- Ensure CAPEX/OPEX costings of proposed changes meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, configuring, testing, and commissioning complex unified communication technologies.
- Proven commercial awareness and ability to ensure CAPEX/OPEX costings meet customer requirements.
- Experience of identifying risks, impact, mitigation, and problem-solving in complex unified communication solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex unified communication technologies to key stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
- Working knowledge and experience in HMG MoD compliance and security policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional training and/or accreditations in industry COTS unified communication technologies.
