Converting high-level decisions into detailed operational models, encompassing organization design, governance frameworks, workforce planning, role impacts, transition strategies, and communication plans. Designing and executing complex organizational transformations to enhance agility and adaptability, focusing on both technology-driven areas and broader business contexts. Partnering with client leaders to instill new cultures and operational methodologies throughout their organizations, impacting both leadership and staff. Formulating and implementing strategies to scale innovative working practices across organizations, ensuring sustainability of these new approaches. Required Skills and ExperienceProven consulting experience in leading and executing Target Operating Model Design and Implementation with a human-centered, agile approach across diverse sectors. Experience in managing large-scale transformations within complex or regulated environments. Ability to translate conceptual frameworks into detailed operational designs. Experience in crafting customer-centric operating models that adapt to evolving client needs. Capacity to lead project teams, fostering collaboration between consulting personnel and client staff to deliver actionable insights and facilitate real change. Strong ownership and results-driven mindset in challenging client-facing situations. Demonstrated ability to identify future consulting opportunities and convert insights into actionable strategies for long-term client partnerships.
