Formulating and implementing strategies to scale innovative working practices across organizations, ensuring sustainability of these new approaches. Proven consulting experience in leading and executing Target Operating Model Design and Implementation with a human-centered, agile approach across diverse sectors. Experience in managing large-scale transformations within complex or regulated environments. Ability to translate conceptual frameworks into detailed operational designs. Experience in crafting customer-centric operating models that adapt to evolving client needs. Capacity to lead project teams, fostering collaboration between consulting personnel and client staff to deliver actionable insights and facilitate real change. Strong ownership and results-driven mindset in challenging client-facing situations. Demonstrated ability to identify future consulting opportunities and convert insights into actionable strategies for long-term client partnerships. Proven track record in engaging clients to transform potential opportunities into future collaborations, maintaining a robust professional network. Exceptional skills in enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the consulting team. Recognized for developing thought leadership that addresses clients' most pressing challenges. Experience working with senior leaders and C-suite executives to devise effective solutions.
