About the Role:

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of our site and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of our facilities.
  • Manage small to medium-sized civil projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the management of 3rd party contractors, reviewing and approving relevant documentation, including Contractor Induction, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements.
  • Ensure the office buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Complete planned maintenance, timely repair of breakdowns, and conduct continuous improvement and project activities to enhance our facilities.
  • Identify problem areas and implement solutions to ensure an efficient and effective maintenance service.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing building maintenance services, including health and safety.
  • Experience in an office building environment, managing contractors and working on small to large projects.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety in building and engineering practice.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems, current technology/systems, software applications, and the latest IT tools.
  • Good working knowledge of building services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to plan and implement site projects and support on Capital projects.
  • Understanding of supply, reporting, and costing of utility services.
  • Ability to work with complex instructions, identify issues, and enact plans to resolve the situation quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for analysis and detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Leadership skills and a professional and pleasant manner.
