Key Responsibilities- Implement and roll out TBC Healthcare's service delivery initiatives across Hertfordshire, ensuring seamless integration with our existing Operational Hub.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of TBC Healthcare's weight management program, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
- Strategically plan continuous service improvements and development based on service user and workforce feedback, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for our stakeholders within the Hertfordshire community, building strong relationships and understanding the issues that may impact those living and working in the community.
- Monitor key performance indicators in relation to all data requirements, presenting regular reports to the Operations Manager and making data-driven decisions to drive service improvement.
- Monitor priority group engagement, ensuring contractual targets are met and service users receive the highest level of care and support.
- Prepare and lead regular service meetings, implementing 121 support meetings to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Work closely with the Management and Clinical teams to understand service priorities, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Mitigate risks, service-related issues, and report problems to the Operations Manager, ensuring the highest level of service quality and patient safety.
- Undertake and complete all mandatory and additional skills training as required, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Proven experience of managing services or contracts, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with people.
- Pro-active approach and ability to work on own initiative, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving service improvement.
- Experience of managing a team, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent administration, record keeping, and data collection skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- IT literate, preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Knowledge of safeguarding issues and processes, with a strong focus on ensuring patient safety and well-being.
