Everpool, a rapidly growing Estate Agents, is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join their team in Hounslow. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties, and securing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
  • Organise property inspections, act on reports and feedback to landlords.
  • Manage letting check outs and identify business opportunities.
  • Schedule property viewings and register applicants.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.

Benefits:
  • Full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary up to £30,000.
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with alternate Saturdays.
