Maintenance Technician/Multi Skilled Facilities Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician/Multi Skilled Facilities Professional to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our high-end student accommodation and residential properties across the North West of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems and other key building services systems
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality maintenance services
  • Manage time effectively to deliver work within a 40-hour week

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £40-45K
  • Potential for a £10K bonus based on performance
  • 25 days' holiday allowance (plus bank holidays)
  • Company van with fuel card

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair services
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

8am-5pm (travel time within this)
