Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth in the UK energy market. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to make a difference in the transition towards net zero.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and secure new clients within adjacent markets that complement Dalkia's core offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the energy sector.
- Present Dalkia's solutions and value proposition to prospective clients, effectively communicating our expertise and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in business development within the energy or related industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, digital transformation, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
