About the Role:

Dalkia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new relationships in the UK's Energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth in the energy or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the UK's energy market, including current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of business development performance drivers and ability to analyze market data to inform business decisions.
