About the Role:
Dalkia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new relationships in the UK's Energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the energy market and our company's capabilities.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform our business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development and sales growth in the energy or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the UK's energy market, including current trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
