  • Performing daily maintenance tasks, including portering duties and minor repairs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in carrying out minor repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and basic DIY procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm in emergencies and deal with sensitive issues.
