About the Role

Cherry Professional - Relationship Led Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join a fast-growing team in a dynamic business environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in procurement, purchasing, or as a junior buyer, especially within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Administrative duties, including data entry and document management
  • Upload prices onto the CRM system and maintain accurate records
  • Arrange meetings with suppliers and coordinate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Obtain prices for quotes from sales teams and provide timely updates
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Bid Admin, or as a Junior buyer is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry software to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and performing administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Strong Administration skills to provide exceptional support to the team
