**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented Data Solutions Engineer to join our team and work closely with our clients to create data-driven solutions that meet their business needs. As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that provide valuable insights to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards from various data sources to provide actionable insights to our clients.
  • Manage company data, monitor accuracy and completeness, and advise on ways to improve data quality.
  • Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  • Identify, root cause analysis, and fix incidents related to data management to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor data and reporting platforms to ensure performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design to improve business performance and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Azure to design and develop data solutions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to create interactive and informative dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet business needs.
