**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team and work closely with our organization to create innovative data solutions. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing company data, monitoring accuracy and completeness, and advising on ways to improve data quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards from various data sources to provide business insights and inform decision-making.
  • Manage company data, monitor accuracy and completeness, and advise on ways to improve data quality to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources and provide a single source of truth.
  • Identify, root cause analysis, and fix incidents related to data management to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor data and reporting platforms to ensure performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design to improve business performance and drive growth.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver projects to meet the needs of the business and drive innovation.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Azure to design, develop, and implement data solutions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to provide business insights and inform decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive innovation and growth.
