Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Lead in business development efforts, including networking, generating leads, and being involved in proposals and pitches.
  • Communications Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of creative communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for top-tier energy clients.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients.
  • Pitching and Presentations: Play a key role in the new business strategy, pitching to external clients.
  • Content Creation: Guide the content team to create compelling content tailored to diverse stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate across the business with our public affairs, creative, marketing, and digital teams.
  • Mentorship and Reporting: Mentor junior team members and oversee client reporting as the team grows.
Requirements
