We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date resident and staff records.
  • Liaise with residents, families, and external parties via phone and in-person.
  • Process weekly staff hours and monthly payroll.
  • Interact with regulatory bodies and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate room allocation and availability.
  • Ensure HR files are up-to-date, including Right to Work Contracts and DBS checks.
  • Assist the Home Manager with daily tasks and requests.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and experience in a generalist administrative role.
  • Computer literacy, payroll knowledge, and HR process understanding.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
