About the Role

OCS Resourcing is a leading IT Consultancy with a strong presence in the UK and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of technical services to our clients across various industries, including Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing, and Charity. The Technical Delivery Manager role will involve working closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality services. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing technical projects from initiation to delivery
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
