Visual Merchandising Coordinator

At JD Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving the visual and commercial direction of our stores, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual merchandising experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the senior team to set visual and commercial direction, and ensure its effective implementation across all stores.
- Provide guidance and support to store teams to ensure they are commercially and visually up-to-date.
- Identify and capitalize on retail opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
- Produce high-quality visual directives and communicate effectively with store teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, with a strong understanding of retail operations and visual standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams and senior management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on retail opportunities.
- Ability to travel regularly, with occasional overnight stays.
