Visual Merchandising Coordinator

At JD Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of visual standards and performance throughout our fascia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability across all stores.
- Collaborate with the senior team to set visual and commercial direction, and ensure the implementation of initiatives and retail opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to stores to ensure they are commercially and visually up to standard.
- Produce VM directives and liaise with other departments to create engaging and clear documents.
- Communicate effectively with the retail team and stores through regular updates, team calls, and catch-ups.
- Identify and nurture key VM individuals and contribute to the design and delivery of visual training documents.
- Manage and plan own movements, including travel and stays away, to support business activity.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising and retail management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours.
