Job Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator

At JD Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving the visual and commercial direction of our stores, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the senior team to set visual and commercial direction for our stores
  • Ensure all stores meet visual and commercial standards, providing feedback and coaching to store teams as needed
  • Support the development of visual training documents and VM platforms
  • Travel to stores to provide guidance and support, including stay overs and EU travel
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising and retail management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours
