Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Allen Motor Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Record customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000
  • An OTE of £34,000

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and influencing experience
  • Ability to follow procedures and policies
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Fantastic communication skills
