Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Allen Motor Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £28,000
- An OTE of £34,000

Requirements:
- Previous sales and influencing experience
- Ability to follow procedures and policies
