About the Role

Fenwick is seeking a talented Junior Business Intelligence Developer to join our IT Data Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing BI solutions that provide accurate and timely data, driving key insights into retail performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop BI solutions using SSRS and Qlik, creating and updating reports, and exploring Azure and Snowflake data warehousing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide valuable insights, and contribute to data migrations and audits.
  • Document processes and coach others in effectively using data to drive decision-making.
  • Support senior BI Developers with large service requests and projects.

Requirements

  • Experience or interest in Business Intelligence development with an analytical mindset.
  • Confident with SQL coding and understanding of data modelling.
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Snowflake.
  • Experience in dashboard development (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI).
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in ETL/ELT and data pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate data concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
