About the Role
Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the financial aspects of residential investment projects, particularly in the realms of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build to Rent (BTR) developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the cost management of main contractors engaged in the construction of residential schemes.
- Utilize your expertise in consultancy or cost management to ensure effective financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough analyses of preliminary drawings and provide insights on contract and procurement requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop high-level cost plans and appraisals.
- Facilitate the transition from consultancy to client-side management, if applicable, to enhance project delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in cost consultancy or management, particularly within the construction sector.
