Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
1. Drive new business by identifying and converting leads.

4. Conduct telemarketing, market research, and client visits.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish.
7. Meet established weekly and monthly performance targets.
8. Support candidates throughout their application journey.
9. Post job advertisements and screen CVs.

Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
