About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism to live happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
- Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
- Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Assisting with medication.
- Encouraging and promoting independence.
