In this rewarding position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by supporting the Well-being Coordinator in delivering a diverse array of activities aimed at promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of those in our care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and engaging, ranging from organizing pampering sessions and arts and crafts to facilitating sing-alongs and one-on-one interactions that allow residents to share their life stories and experiences.

As part of your role, you will also engage with the local community, assist in marketing initiatives, and contribute to fundraising efforts, all while capturing memorable moments through photography. Your primary goal will be to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by being attentive to their needs and creating opportunities that foster joy and connection, all while embodying our core values of being Proud, Supportive, and Caring.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience working with older adults in a residential or nursing environment, as well as a background in organizing engaging activities. Requirements for the Position
